agree to and are bound by the following terms:

PromoLotto.com contains links to outside sites and is
not responsible for content on these sites. Use caution when entering any
information into sites!
PromoLotto and its administrators are not responsible for any lost advertising
impressions, damages, loss of data, or any other problems that may possibly
arise when using our service. Members agree to use this service at their own
risk.
Site Rules:
- Your site may contain no more than ONE pop up.
- Websites must not break frames, close or disable the PromoLotto website.
- Your site must be in English.
- Your site may not contain prompts, alerts or anything else
causing interruptions.
- Your site must not attempt to automatically download files.
- "Investment Surf", "Paid to surf" or
Investment Autosurf-style programs are NOT permitted in our
advertising network.
- Sites containing hidden Iframes, searches or malicious code, are NOT
permitted.
- Sites promoting PONZI- style schemes are NOT permitted.
- Programs, scripts, etc. that will participate for you or
attempt to "cheat" the PromoLotto service are NOT permitted.
- The advertising of Casino and online Gambling sites is NOT permitted.
- Your site may not contain offensive language, adult or illegal content.
Account Rules:
- You may only have ONE account per person.
- You agree to receive our weekly
news and updates.
- You cannot log in from two different computers at the same time.
- You MUST have a valid email address.
- Your email address must NOT have any auto-responders or bounce.
- Paying other people to use our service on your behalf is prohibited.
Failure to Follow:
If your site or account fails to follow any of the rules listed above, your
account will be removed with or without notice. All ad campaigns, ad
impressions, referrals and premium membership if any, will be lost.
Purchases and Premium memberships:
Advertising purchases and premium memberships are NON-refundable.
Cancellation of payment subscriptions are the sole responsibility of the member.
Chargebacks or attempts to defraud this service will result in immediate account
termination.
Spam:
Spam is NOT permitted under any circumstance.
If you have been found to be sending spam to advertise our service, your account
will be removed immediately and without notice. You will not be able to join us
again.
Future Changes:
PromoLotto may change any of these terms at any time, with or without
notification.
